We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. However, because all customised items are made specifically to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products.

Yes — all sales are final. As each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days, however this may be longer during busier periods. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are created in-house to ensure the highest possible quality. We source our paper and certain additional materials from trusted suppliers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Hi, I’m Kimmie — the owner, designer, and creator behind CaliBloom Labels & Design.
CaliBloom was built from love, passion, creativity, and resilience. Every label, sticker, care card, CLP, and business essential I create is designed with genuine care because I know firsthand how much heart goes into building a small business.
Before starting CaliBloom, I ran my own wax melt business, so I understand the long nights, the pressure of juggling product making, branding, packaging, and trying to make everything look beautiful while still managing the day-to-day realities of running a business. That experience is what inspired me to create a business dedicated to helping other small businesses bloom.
Supporting small businesses means everything to me. I love helping brands grow, feel confident in their packaging, and create products they’re proud to send out into the world. Designing isn’t just my job — it’s something I truly live for. Creativity has always been my outlet, my comfort, and one of the biggest ways I express myself.
The name CaliBloom holds a very special meaning close to my heart. “Cali” is named after our beloved dog, who continues to inspire us every day while living with iatrogenic Cushing’s disease. “Bloom” was inspired by blossom trees, my mum’s favourite tree. After losing my mum in 2013, the meaning of growth, strength, and blooming through difficult times became something deeply personal to me.
Living with EUPD, creativity and design have become a way for me to channel my emotions into something positive — something meaningful that I can be proud of. CaliBloom is more than just a printing and design business; it’s a piece of my heart, built from passion, healing, and the desire to help others succeed.
Community is incredibly important to me, and my goal has always been to create more than just products. I want to build connections, support fellow businesses, give back where I can, and create designs that make people feel excited, confident, and seen.
